Returns

We are happy to refund items that are returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

To return your Gadgeo product please contact our customer services team - support@gadgeo.co.uk - who will process the request and forward a RMA number to your email address along with further instructions on what to do next. Please note that we can only accept items for return if they are accompanied by a valid RMA number.

Customers are responsible for the return postage on items unless they are deemed to be faulty under the terms of our one year warranty policy. It is recommended that customers use a traceable postage service for returns as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.

REFUND POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
