WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail 24 (the new 1st Class service) for UK orders and Royal Mail Airmail for deliveries outside of the UK. Royal Mail passes Airmail deliveries to the national mail service of the respective country for domestic delivery.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHONE CASE?
We expect UK deliveries to arrive within 1-3 business days, although the great majority of them arrive the next day. Airmail deliveries take between 3 and 10 business days to reach their final destination. A ‘business day’ is classed as Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.
Orders received before 5:00pm on a week day are shipped the same day. Orders received after 5:00pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. An order received after 5:00pm on a Friday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, for example. If the Monday is a public holiday, the order will be processed and shipped on the following Tuesday.
DO YOU OFFER A SIGNED FOR SERVICE?
No, we do not offer a signed for or trackable service. Our experience with Royal Mail 24 and Airmail is that they offer the most reliable and efficient service, even though it is not signed for or tracked. It is also the most economical, allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers in the form of free shipping.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
DO YOU SHIP TO FORCES MAIL (BFPO)?
Yes! We are more than happy to ship to your BFPO address, and we will even offer discounts for members of the British Armed Forces.
WILL IT FIT THROUGH MY LETTERBOX?
If you have a standard size letter box, then yes! Our packages fall into Royal Mail’s ‘large letter’ category and there should not be an issue with posting it through your letterbox. This means you do not have to worry about waiting in for it to arrive.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY NEW PHONE CASE?
If you would like to return your phone cover, please follow the instructions in the returns section.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A WORK OR DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes. When you place your order, you will be asked for a billing address and a shipping address. These do not have to be the same address.
